1、 Overview of AB Series Airflow Grinding Products:

2、 Working principle of AB series airflow mill:
The working principle of the air flow mill is to generate a supersonic airflow from high-pressure gas to carry animal materials for self collision and crushing. At the same time, the classifier inside the grinding chamber grades the crushed material to obtain the desired particle size product. The coarse particles remain in the cavity and continue to be crushed.
3、 Characteristics of AB series airflow mill:
High efficiency: The full utilization of jet energy and optimized design of impeller structure and graded flow field greatly improve crushing efficiency and grading efficiency, reduce over crushing, and thus greatly increase production.
High grading accuracy: The stable and complete grading flow field, as well as special sealing measures, reliably prevent the leakage of coarse particles. The product particle size can reach d97<5um, and the control of large particles is strict.
Low wear: The main components such as the crushing box, nozzle, and impeller are designed and installed with wear-resistant structures to ensure that the entire machine has no vulnerable parts; Combined with optimized internal cavity structure and wear-resistant and anti sensitive materials, the equipment has minimal wear and the product purity is the highest (with a total impurity content of less than 4ppm and impurities introduced by air).
Reasonable structure and multiple functions: This machine can be used as a crusher, a separate classifier, or a multi-stage classification series, allowing for 1-6 particle size products to be obtained in one production, and can form closed or open circuit operations with other crushing equipment, truly achieving multi-purpose use of one machine; At the same time, its compact structure, low height, easy disassembly and cleaning make operation and maintenance convenient, and it is easy to replace varieties.

4、 Application scope of AB series airflow grinder:
It can be widely used for ultrafine grinding of chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, refractory materials, abrasives, additives, flame retardants, electronic materials, AC foaming agents, carbon black, non-metallic minerals, and battery materials. The airflow can be composed of pressurized air, inert gas, and superheated steam.
This machine can also be used in series with multi-level classifiers to obtain multi-level products.
The AB series air flow mill is a grinding machine that uses air flow to spray and has a classifier structure at the top, also known as an air flow crushing classifier. The classifier can adopt two structural forms, vertical or horizontal, and the nozzle adopts a supersonic jet structure, which has the characteristics of superhard, ultra-fine, non wear, and non polluting material crushing. According to different product requirements, the airflow mill can be used alone or in series with the classifier to achieve single-stage and multi-stage products.
